Sheldon Graded Ms 66 Proof. Obverse of coin is artistically toned... with transparent ghost tones
Amber golds mixed with violet purple's in various places on the obverse and reverse. The toning needs to be viewed with magnification and proper lighting to be appreciated. This coin in hand is very difficult to see the toning with the naked eyes!
This coin is well struck! With exceptional features on the obverse and reverse. While the reverse exhibits "strong upper and lower horizontal bell lines" and exceptional legibility of lettering!
The obverse and reverse of this coin visually exhibit exceptional "Light Cameo Plus Qualities"  It is my personal opinion: that PCGS conservatively under graded this coin....
