This little fella is from the World Of Krystonia collection by Precious Art - Panton, The World of Krystonia.
It is a RETIRED Figurine made by Panton International in 1987 in Stoke-On-Trent, England.  Hand Painted.  His magical Krystal sits snuggled neatly around his tail.
Condition of this Retired Figurine:  Very Good.  Has Green Felt on the Bottom.
Grazzi is from the books:  "The Chronicles of Krystonia," "Krystonian Adventures," and "Krystonia III."  He is a Retired figurine and one of the original figurines offered in the Krystonia Collection.  The Chronicles of Krystonia is an account of a world over which two moons shine, a land of harsh and stark contrasts.  Perpetual blizzards rage across high granite mountains, with
fertile valleys and intensive security and with vast seared deserts with shifting dunes and roaring cities of a forgotten civilization.  It is a land of Talking Dragons, Wizards and of unusual diverse races.   Good and Evil are held in balance by the strange and unpredictable powers of the mysterious Krystals.
