Designed for MIG, cored wire welding and manufacturing environments and includes control cable, 0.035/0.045" solid wire drive rolls and guide and heavy-duty wire reel stand. It has patented MAXTRAC® heavy-duty cast aluminum construction that offers reliable feeding and durability. Industrial feeder has calibrated wire feed speed dial for precise and accurate settings. Brass-to-brass gun connections offer improved electrical conductivity that results in better arc performance. Feeders provide positive arc starting and feeding with stainless steel, aluminum and flux-cored wires. Control cable connector with a Spin-Nut™ makes connecting the control cable a simple twist-of-the-wrist. 15.3" X 13.0" X 27.7" Wire feeder unit has 0.023 - 1/16" wire capacity and 100 - 800 inches per min speed range and meets ISO 9001, 14001 environmental standards.
