New and still sealed in the factory box, though may have writing and labels on the box.   Bought new for our assembly shop, never used but was on a shelf and has markings and writing on the unopened box.  This is one of several we're selling.
This welder is dual voltage, and works with both 120 or 230V.
No warranty, but you have 5 days from delivery to let me know of any issues and I'll take care of it.
