Care for your moissanite jewelry just as you would other fine jewelry, taking precautions not to wear rings and bracelets when doing rough work with your hands to avoid sharp blows.
Moissanite jewelry can be safely cleaned the same way you would other fine jewelry; for example, in a jewelry ultrasonic cleaner or by using a commercial (non-acid based) jewelry cleaner.

In the unlikely event you will need to return your purchase please read the following important information:
We always stand behind every piece of jewelry and stone that we sell. We offer an unconditional 5 day no questions asked money back policy. If for some reason you decide you do not want to keep your purchase we require you to notify us within 5 days via email or our eBay
contact information. We will promptly send you an RA# and then you will be required to mail the merchandise back within 10 days of the receipt of the item. We cannot take back merchandise that has been resized or altered or worn. Merchandise will have to be returned in the same condition and with all the certificates and packaging that were sent with it. Special orders cannot be returned. We will replace any item that is defective.
