    I present for auction a ticket stub from Ringo Starr's 5th "All Starr Band" tour.
    The concert was held at the Palace Of Auburn Hills, Auburn Hills, Michigan.
    This is an unusual ticket. It seems to be some kind of "Stand By" ticket given
    out by the venue, perhaps someone standing in line for a ticket ? I can see some
    people getting these and then if a seat becomes available they can get into the concert.
    Since it's a stub I'm assuming that this person did get in to see Ringo.
